RR-0001 may be used to reference the linked internal mechanics artefacts without implying independent constitutional proof, external certification, regulatory adoption, or open Registry standing.
The target Receipt is issued only after independently constituted verification, Recognition, and Registry publication. RR-0001 demonstrates the document and reference mechanics before that separation exists.
