RI-GOV · Governance

Governance.

The current administration and target constitutional separation of requirements publication, implementation, evaluation, Recognition, and Registry publication.

Current position

Responsibility Infrastructure is presently originated, published, and administered within the La Touche group. No multi-party governing body, independently constituted Recognition authority, or general external Registry intake process is currently operational.

The Responsibility Infrastructure Governance Charter (RI-GOV-01) is a Consultation Draft. It has not been approved or ratified by an independent governance or standards body and does not itself establish shared governance.

Target constitutional architecture

The target architecture separates requirements publication, commercial implementation, independent evaluation, Recognition, and Registry publication. Future governance arrangements must be constituted through published instruments and must not be implied before they exist in legal and operational fact.

Working groups may be constituted under an approved governance framework. No working group is currently authorised or operational.
