Responsibility Infrastructure is an emerging open constitutional framework for making responsibility provable across organisations and systems. La Touche originated the framework, publishes and stewards its constitutional specifications, and administers its official ecosystem surfaces.
Open specifications
Independent organisations may read, implement, reference, and interoperate with the published Responsibility Infrastructure specifications. A truthful reference to a named publication and version does not require official programme participation.
Open implementation does not create endorsement, verification, Recognition, certification, accreditation, Registry standing, or permission to use protected programme badges, marks, seals, identifiers, or designations.
Official Responsibility Infrastructure ecosystem
La Touche is the gateway to official participation programmes, Registered Mapping, mapping identifiers, approved public programme listings, assurance-level designations, and protected ecosystem claims. La Touche also develops commercial implementation capabilities.
La Touche Holdings Ltd owns the intellectual property, trade marks, and protected programme designations and acts as framework steward where stated. La Touche Academy Ltd publishes the current publication set. La Touche Infrastructure Ltd develops and operates implementation systems and commercial infrastructure.
Constitutional separation
Gateway administration does not determine every substantive outcome. Independent evaluation, Recognition, and Registry publication remain structurally separated where constitutionally required. General external evaluation, Recognition, and Registry intake are not presently open unless a specific published programme states otherwise.
Current public proof
The current public proof chain is a transitional internal dogfood demonstration. It proves operational document, evidence, and publication mechanics within the present La Touche architecture. It does not prove independent governance, external certification, regulatory adoption, or institutionally separated Recognition and Registry operation.
