Connected systems do not automatically create connected responsibility.
A workflow can move successfully between people, organisations and software while the responsibility record becomes fragmented. When something later needs to be relied upon, investigated or defended, the organisation may have activity logs but no independently reconstructable account of who held the responsibility and why.
Responsibility Infrastructure addresses that boundary by standardising the minimum constitutional meaning that must be preserved and exchanged. It is technology-neutral: the Protocol does not require a particular API, data format, ledger, cryptographic system, database or software stack.
La Touche Infrastructure Ltd develops commercial implementation capabilities for organisations that want to test a real responsibility boundary, identify where the evidence chain breaks and explore a conforming implementation.
