Testing whether responsibility survives the boundary.
Responsibility Infrastructure maintains a repeatable research programme for testing how responsibility facts, states and evidence behave when they move between independent systems. The purpose is to expose ambiguity, implementation dependency and missing responsibility semantics before broader reliance is claimed.
The Standard is tested against systems that were not built for RI.
Cross-system testing asks whether the common responsibility meaning can be represented from, and consumed independently of, unrelated technical architectures. The test is intentionally implementation-neutral: an external system does not need to adopt RI, use La Touche software or cooperate with the test for its publicly documented behaviour to be examined against the stated RI dimensions.
Findings feed back into specification, conformance and implementation guidance. A result that exposes a gap is useful evidence; it is not treated as a failed marketing outcome.
External responsibility systems
Cohort 001 extends the completed Elydora and GhostDrift bounded tests into a structured comparative programme covering a further set of unrelated vendors and systems operating in adjacent responsibility, accountability, governance, assurance or agent-infrastructure markets.
Planned systems are not counted as completed evidence. Individual results enter the public interoperability evidence register only after the relevant source, mapping, receiver behaviour, limitations and outcome have been preserved.

- Does a verification claim remain distinguishable from operational responsibility, Recognition and Registry standing?

- Has conformance actually been established against the applicable published RI role, scope and version?
Evidence before status.
- The same published test dimensions are applied across unrelated systems.
- PASS, PARTIAL, FAIL and NOT ESTABLISHED outcomes are preserved rather than converted into marketing claims.
- Unsupported responsibility facts remain explicit gaps; the test does not manufacture missing responsibility.
- Third-party names identify the subject of research only and do not imply endorsement, partnership, certification or adoption.
- A bounded interoperability result does not establish universal interoperability or full RI conformance.
- Completed evidence is separated from planned, in-progress and future work.
A common reference for systems that must be relied upon under pressure.
Hospitals, public authorities, defence and aerospace organisations, transport operators, regulated enterprises, insurers, auditors, procurement teams and standards bodies may operate very different internal systems. RI does not require those systems to become one platform. It provides a common responsibility interface that can be specified, tested and evidenced at the boundary between them.
Institutional users retain their own statutory, contractual, professional and operational authority. RI provides common requirements and evidence discipline; it does not replace sector judgement.

Organisations evaluating RI for standards work, procurement, assurance, regulated operations, implementation or independent testing can request the applicable public materials and engagement route.
